JASH has in-house facility to pour single piece Grey Iron Casting up to 10 tonnes and machine a job, on plano-milling machine, having maximum dimension of 7.2 metres length X 3.5 meters width and 1.4 metres height.  
  

• Moving bridge 3-Dimensional Co-ordinate Measuring Machine (3-D CMM): running on aerostatics bearings. The smallest machine made by us has axes travel of X-400, Y-500 and Z-300 mm. The largest machine made has measuring range of X-1000, Y-2000 and Z- 800 mm that is supplied to an automobile manufacturing company.

• Horizontal Arm or Cantilever type 3-Dimensional Coordinate Layout Marking and Measuring Machines (3D-LMM): running on precision rigid bearings are available in two mounting types viz. (a) Track mounted, independent of Surface Table and (b) Surface Table mounted with track or guide bar. 

The largest Horizontal Arm Machine made for a major Indian multi-axle truck manufacturer has axes travels of X - 13.4 metres, Y - 1.5 metres and Z - 2.0 metres. This is a measuring-cum-marking machine with Macro program written for them.
